Q: How can I request a quote?

A: Start by the search box on the right top of the page, search for the part/model number of your item and then fill in the quote request. Once your enquiry is logged in our system, our advisors will contact you using the information you provided in the request form. If you didn’t find the part number you are looking for, please contact us using the quick quote form on the left of the pages. You may also request a quote via e-mail [email protected].

Q: How long is the quotation valid for?

A: Quotations provided by PLCEurope are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation ‘unless otherwise stated’, and providing the quotation has not been withdrawn in that period.

Q: How do I order from PLCEurope?

A: You can place an order for the requested items via e-mail, phone or fax.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: You can pay with one of the following accepted methods of payment: bank/wire transfer, PayPal, Letter of credit, debit cards, credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, company cheque and Western Union.

Q: How long it takes for an order to be despatched?

A: Despatch time is quoted from date of receipt of order with full and final information, and it provides an indication of when your order will be despatched from our warehouses for delivery. Available items are despatched within one to four working days from the order time. If there will be a longer despatch/lead time (Period between placing an order and receiving the ordered item), it will be clarified in the quotation issued by our sales advisers.

Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: Delivery time varies according to your selected delivery address and the carrier service you choose. A signature will be required for any delivery and you can track the status of your order via our partners online tracking systems. Depending on the order value, urgency and weight, PLCEurope select the most suitable delivery method, and via online order tracking you can track the status of your order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day until you receive it. Below are the most popular delivery services available:

Same day delivery: Available to the UK and EU only.

Next day delivery: Available to the UK, EU & USA.

Express delivery : 2-4 working days (Worldwide).

Standard delivery: 3-6 working days (Worldwide).
Q: What happens if my package gets damaged in delivery?

A: Inspect all packages thoroughly for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts upon receiving your order. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged package, DO NOT accept the package, have the freight forwarder immediately return to sender. If the freight forwarder has left a damaged package in your absence, contact the freight forwarder immediately and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above happens to prevent you from being charged freight both ways. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for stolen or lost packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping provider company.

Q: Do you offer same day delivery service?

A: Yes, we do offer same delivery service to the UK and EU countries.

Q: Do you offer emergency shipping service?

We have chosen to work with only the finest courier services in the business in order to provide a worldwide timely delivery of your goods. Q: Which courier services are available?

A: Our courier partners operate on all scales, providing same day delivery, overnight, express, standard and economy delivery services.

A: Air, Sea and Road.

Q: How can I track my shipment?

A: We’ll ask you to provide a shipping address for the order you are placing. Once your order ships we’ll send you an e-mail that includes your order number, unique tracking number and a link to the tracking details. We can even send you e-mails the day prior delivery, day of delivery, or after your item has been delivered, depending upon your shipping method, country and carrier.

Q: Do you offer guarantees or warranties on your products?

A: Yes, all products supplied by PLC Europe have the benefit of warranty (12-24 months) ‘unless otherwise stated’. For a claim to be valid, products must reach PLCEurope within the specified warranty period which commences from the invoice date. You can also ask our advisers for the extended warranties and insurance provided by PLCEurope, where you can get covered for a free repair or replacement for your equipment should anything go wrong after the original warranty period expires. Q: What should I do if my part stops working during the warranty period?

A: Please contact our customer relation team. If possible the goods will be replaced from our stock, and if exchange is not possible, you will be fully refunded the cost of the part you paid. Please see our terms & conditions for full details about warranty.

Q: How do I return a part?

A: Returns are accepted only if the goods are returned within 14 days of receiving them. Please contact our customers relation team for any further information +44(0) 845 22200 45, or read our terms and conditions .

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee for returned merchandise?

A: Yes, there is a 35% restocking fees. Items must be returned exactly as they were dispatched in the original packaging (manufacturer’s box, static bags, etc.). If our seals or factory seals are broken, then the products cannot be returned under any condition. The risk of loss for the part being returned shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such part to PLCEurope warehouses and with respect to any shipments from PLCEurope back to you.

You are responsible for the safe arrival of products shipped to PLC Europe and it is necessary that the product be packed properly for shipping. PLCEurope are not responsible for damage caused by carrier, or damage due to insufficient packing materials. Damaged parts will be promptly reported to you. Q: What is the service exchange program?

A: PLCEurope can provide an exchange credit for your broken equipment. You will be asked to send us your defective part for inspection and evaluation, and you also have to provide us with reliable information and a report of the part condition. If your part is repairable and eligible for the service exchange scheme, you will receive a credit as mentioned on the quotation once we receive your part in our warehouses. A: Yes, we offer repairs, contact our sales advisers for more information regarding repairing your equipment. Our services include supply, service exchanges and repairs.

Q: Can I request a quote for refurbished parts?

A: Yes, you can request a quote for refurbished or reconditioned spare parts at a fraction of the usual cost. New, refurbished, used and reconditioned items are available.

Q: I am looking for discontinued parts (obsolete), can you assist?

A: Yes, we specialize in products that have reached end of life stage (legacy, discontinued or obsolete). We stock and supply a huge range of discontinued spare parts that their production had stopped decades ago. Our aim is to assist you retaining the healthy condition of your equipment in the shortest time possible and to protect your automation investment.
